Access to data is restricted to authorized Nexphaz personnel only. However, no transmission method over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Free Website Promotion — Data Practices

About This Section: This section explains data practices specific to Nexphaz's Free Website Promotion campaign, in which eligible businesses are offered a complimentary website hosted under a Nexphaz subdomain.

a) How We Identify Recipients

Nexphaz identifies businesses that may qualify for the Free Website Promotion by reviewing publicly available information, including business directories, review platforms, and similar public sources. We look for businesses that do not have a website, or that have an outdated or non-functional website.

b) What Happens When You Open the Promotional Email

When a recipient engages with our promotional email and expresses interest in the free website offer, Nexphaz will:

•       Create a sub-account on our platform app.nexphaz.com on behalf of the business

•       Build a website using publicly available information about the business (e.g., business name, email, phone number), which may be pre-populated using dynamic variables such as company name, email address, and phone number

•       Host the website under a Nexphaz-managed subdomain at no cost

c) Data Used to Build the Website

The information used to populate the website template may include:

•       Business name

•       Business email address

•       Business phone number

•       Other publicly available business information relevant to the website content

This information is used solely to create the website on the business's behalf and is not shared with unrelated third parties.

d) What the Promotion Includes and Excludes

The Free Website Promotion includes:

•       One (1) website hosted under a Nexphaz subdomain (e.g., yourbusiness.nexphaz.com or similar)

The promotion does NOT include:

•       A custom or proprietary domain name

•       A custom email domain or email hosting services

•       Chat widgets or live chat functionality

•       Marketing automation or CRM features

•       Paid advertising management

•       Ongoing maintenance or SEO services

e) Right to Decline or Remove

Businesses may decline the promotion or request removal of their website and associated data at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We will process such requests promptly.

11. Children's Privacy
